Many of the animals in our care have either been abandoned, rescued or rehomed – often through no fault of their own. There are more than triple the number of animals needing rescuing, fostering, and rehoming, and being kitten season, this includes vulnerable young mother cats and their kittens. But, once they arrive at OAAT they will be warm, cared for, and get bundles of love from their foster families while they wait for their forever homes.

FEATURING THIS MONTHS PERFECT PET
Waffles and Minty
Waffles and Minty are survivors from one of the cruelest hoarding and animal abuse situations we have ever seen. They were confined to small cages in dark rooms, with rusted wire floors, no litter, and little to no food or water.
However, since their rescue, and with the love and nurturing of their foster home, they have thrived. They have put on weight, their coats are now glossy, and they have discovered that there are actually ‘good humans’. Please consider them for adoption. Read more about their journey.
VIEW ANIMALS FOR ADOPTION
One at a Time (OAAT) rescues, rehabilitates and re-homes hundreds of animals every year. As part of this process, all animals spend time in foster care where their carer gets to know the animal’s temperament, personality, and energy levels. If you feel a bit listed might be a good fit for your lifestyle, family, future plans and finances, please apply below. Every application will be considered, and those most suitable will be contacted for a short phone chat, followed by a meet and greet, and then a home check. We want to be sure it’s not just a match – but the perfect match!
